Sébastien graduated from the HELB in Brussels with a degree in cinematography. In the early years, he worked successively as a gaffer, editor and assistant director. In 2004, he founded the "Atelier Pelloche", a workshop which enables the production of short films with mentally handicapped adults. At the same time, he founded "Boîte Noire", which enables him to produce and direct his first short films. Sébastien has also directed around thirty commercials. In 2020, he began writing and preparing his first feature film, "Eliot", produced by Patrick Quinet for "Artemis Productions".
Sébastien is a member of "ARRF" (Association des Réalisateurs et Réalisatrices belges Francophones), the "Académie André Delvaux", which awards the "Magritte du cinéma" (belgian film prize), and "Sabam" (copyright society). He is also an administrator of "Un soir un grain", which organizes the "Brussels Short Film Festival" and the "Brussels International Film Festival".
