Quitério was born in Springfield, Massachusetts and resides in New York City, where his film experience varies from screenwriting and directing to working with film festivals and blogging. While pursuing a graduate degree in advertising at The University of Texas at Austin, he briefly spent time studying screenwriting at the University's highly rated Department of Radio-Television-Film.
