A filmmaker who was raised in Wisconsin by his Canadian parents, Tomah is the oldest of 4 siblings. After he graduated from a New Zealand film school, Tomah developed his filmmaking talent as a one-man-band documentary filmmaker, shooting and editing on his own, eventually working his way up to creating content for some of the biggest names in Democratic politics, including President Obama's re-election campaign in 2012. After a 4-year stint in political advertising where he crafted hundreds of videos for non-profits and elected officials, Tomah transitioned to a career in labor advocacy. He now uses his skills as a storyteller to shine a light on the needs of laborers everywhere.
