Josiah Jack Kalian, was born in Pasadena, California and raised in the South;
the 2nd of 11 homeschooled siblings.
When most kids were in school, 9 yr old Kalian was building houses full time to help his family keep food on the table.
After working as an EMT in search & rescue - special response diving he served in the US Army as an air assault combat medic to Iraq and Afghanistan where he was battlefield promoted to staff sergeant with a bronze star.
His first performance was in a production of White Christmas at the Amelia Earhart Playhouse in Wiesbaden, Germany.
