Mark was grew up in Queens, NY. He is the founder and festival director for the First Contact Film Festival, a festival of sci-fi, fantasy, horror and the the strange.
He has worked on numerous low budget and ultra low budget genre films.
Mark studied broadcast production at Brooklyn College where he received an MFA in TV and Radio production.
