He completed professional training in England, Greece, Bosnia, Spain and Italy.
Professionally made part of the cast of Theatre Studio of Setúbal - Fontenova - for four years.
In Theater, he worked professionally with several directors, including Francisco Salgado, Jorge Fraga, José Maria Dias, Nuno Pino Custódio, Vladimir Jevtovic, Nuno Cardoso, Rogério de Carvalho, Marta Lapa, Jorge Andrade, Joaquim Benite, Luis Castro, José Wallenstein, Graham Vick, Álvaro Correia, João Brites, Tiago Vieira, Marta Lapa, with the duo Catarina Vieira and Solange Freitas, Isabel Medina, Tiago Vieira, Dolores de Matos, André Murraças, Calixto Bleito, David Alden, Ana Palma, Carlos Pessoa, Maria João Vicente and Rute Rocha.
Has regularly done television work, both in advertising and in fiction.
In 2017 he is part of the cast of the tv show "A Família Ventura", emitted by RTP, directed by Miguel Guerreiro and produced by beActive.
In cinema he worked with Bruno de Almeida, Fernando Burnay Villas-Boas, Cacá Diegues, Elsa Blayau and Manuel Pradal.
For five years he developed a project of art-therapy, with Appacdm Setúbal.
In 2013, creates "JBWB-900", together with João de Brito (elected as one of the five shows of the year by the magazine Rua de Baixo) and "T. 3".
Since 2014, together with Tiago Bôto, creates the shows «the Uselessness», «NO_BODY», «Toyboat», «After, falling», «Toyboat 2.0», «Once More Unto The Breach», EX(AM), «WTF: for a principle of normality, Volume I and II and «OFF»..
In 2017 he directs "When the lights go out", a project by Leonor Cabral, inserted in the Festival Bairro Intendente in Festa and "Once More Unto the Breach", in Rua das Gaivotas 6.
