- His band, Hipsterphonic, played the final scheduled show at St. Louis' famed nightclub, Mississippi Nights. Mississippi Nights closed in January 2007 because of a casino development.
- At Mississippi Nights, a legendary nightclub in St. Louis, an autograph of "Kazi '05" appears just under "Slayer '96" on the backstage wall filled with autographs of artists that played there.
