Desmond holds a Law Degree with Honors from the University of Melbourne, and was one of the top three graduates from the Masters in Screenwriting program at the University of Southern California.
Desmond graduated high school in the top 40 senior year students out of roughly 26000 in the state of Victoria.
Desmond was the Singapore Cleo Bachelor of the Year 2011.
