Had his own pet, a white toy poodle named Cheetah.

Fell in love with Bo Derek at first sight as they were making Tarzan the Ape Man (1981).

He weighed 275 pounds, most in his belly.

His favorite TV Series was Gunsmoke (1955). He really liked westerns because of the horses.

Owned by renowned animal trainer and Hollywood animal behaviorist Ralph Helfer.
