Lauded by the ancient Greeks, hubris is the devastating, dangerous and of course exciting characteristic which often led to the hero’s downfall. Comedian Daniel Sloss, who is set to perform in India, has shared that he is looking forward to getting acquainted with the different cultures of India during his tour.
The comedian will perform in Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Goa, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Kolkata from March 15 to March 24.
Elaborating on the same, Daniel said: “I am delighted to be back in India with an expansive tour, covering a vast proportion of this majestic country. As the rest of the world says goodbye to Halloween, Hulu seems to still be in the thick of the spooky season, adding some thrilling titles to its library in November, like “Freddy Vs. Jason,” “Texas Chainsaw 3D” and “Interview with a Vampire,” whose star-studded cast included Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Kristen Dunst, and Thandie Newton. Netflix has released their full list of films and Tv shows that will be coming to Netflix in September. Black Panther is among them and will arrive Tuesday, September 4! Now we'll all be able to return to Wakanda as often as our heart desires, or until Disney decides to pull it for its own streaming service in 2019. Either way, I'm excited to see the film again. British Comedy Guide reports the UK version of the Drunk History TV show has been renewed for a third series (or season) on Comedy Central UK (Ccuk), which is already shooting.The news has not yet been confirmed by the network and there is no news on the press site. Last night Conan welcomed back 23-year-old Scottish comedian Daniel Sloss. This was his second visit to the show, he also appeared back in December. The guy looks like a healthier Macauley Culkin, sounds like Sean Connery, and he’s really funny. I’ll lay odds he’ll have his own sitcom inside of two years. A part of last night’s set dealt with being gay — and whether it was a choice. Definitely worth a look…

Sports stars will be challenged to tackle stand-up comedy in new BBC show Stand Up for Sport Relief. Claudia Winkleman will host the charity show, which will feature British sports stars performing at top comedy venues to help raise money for Sport Relief. Ex-England cricket captain Michael Vaughan, World Cup rugby star Ben Cohen and sports broadcaster Gabby Logan will all be taking part in the show. Other sports stars participating will be revealed in the coming weeks. Comics Patrick Kielty, Jason Manford, Andi Osho, Chris Ramsey and Daniel Sloss will mentor the sports stars ahead of their big night at London's Bloomsbury Theatre, which will air on BBC Three in the build up (more)...
