Candra Nazzaro

Candra grew up primarily in Plano, TX. She went on to college at Elon University in North Carolina and graduated early, with honors, and received her Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from the School of Journalism.

After graduation, she went to work in democratic political consulting and public policy for a large communications agency in Washington, DC. After two years, she realized she had other passions in life she wanted to pursue, so she left the East Coast and headed to Los Angeles, CA. She very quickly found her calling in unscripted television and never looked back.

Since 2008, she has produced and cast premium content and Emmy award-winning shows including "Extreme Makeover Home Edition," "America's Got Talent," and "Undercover Boss." Whether it's working as a casting director, talent manager, or producer, she finds herself passionate about sharing people's stories with viewers all across the world.

Candra is an active member of the Producers Guild of America, Television Academy, and Casting Society of America, and in 2016 was the first casting director in unscripted television to win the prestigious Artios Award from CSA.
