Emilia Mendieta Córdova is an Ecuadorian-American narrative, commercial, broadcast TV, and documentary cinematographer.
She has a B.A. from Vassar College in Film Production and Chinese Studies and an MFA in Cinematography from the AFI Conservatory. Mendieta Córdova is fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese, is an avid astrophotographer, amateur coder, and a trained classical cellist.
Emilia a member of the ICFC (International Collective of Female Cinematographers).
