Jeff Goldberg graduated from UCLA with honors in 2004, majoring in Mass
Media Communication with a minor in Political Science. As a college
senior, Goldberg interned for Mel Gibson's production company, Icon
Productions, just prior to the release of The Passion of the Christ.
Upon graduation, he was hired as an Agent Trainee at William Morris
Agency, where he became first assistant to the Worldwide Head of
Television, Sam Haskell. After leaving William Morris with Haskell, Goldberg assisted
with the production of Mississippi Rising, a benefit concert that
raised over $15 million for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. He went
on to become the Director of Marketing for independent production
company Every Tribe Entertainment during the release of the feature
film, End of the Spear, which was one of the top ten grossing films of
its opening weekend in 2006. Goldberg later became VP of Marketing and
Distribution for EthnoGraphic Media, a documentary film company. In
January 2009, Goldberg co-founded Toy Gun Films, an independent film
production company that has produced award-winning short films in
Colombia, Japan and South Africa.
