Chandra Gerson(I)

Chandra Gerson is a screenplay writer with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and resides in Studio City, California. Her feature screenplays have placed in multiple film festivals and screenplay competitions, as well as three of her shorts were screened at the 2016 Cannes Marche Du Film. Her feature screenplay "And Then There Was Us" won Best Screenplay at the 2019 Glendale International Film Festival. She wrote, produced, and directed all of her shorts and one feature under her own production company, KitnKat Productions. However, writing is now her main focus. She writes about people who are up against incredible odds and have to overcome them. Having a mother that spent 40 years teaching high at risk youth made her childhood interesting and at times downright scary, thus leaving her with some amazing tales which she hopes to share someday.
