Earlier this summer 23 additional guests were added to the growing head count at Walker Stalker Con Atlanta this October, and now a big name has officially been added to the guest list that should thrill fans of AMC’s The Walking Dead. Andrew Lincoln has officially been announced as a guest at Walker Stalker Con Atlanta.
Andrew Lincoln is beloved amongst fans of AMC’s The WalkingDead, as he brings a multi-dimensional believability to the character of Rick Grimes week in and week out on the show. It’s unclear at this time what day(s) Lincoln will be attending the convention, but we’ll keep Daily Dead readers updated on further details. This year, Walker Stalker Con Atlanta will be taking place from October 17 -19 in the Atlanta Convention center at Americas Mart. After a very successful event in Atlanta last year, Walker Stalker Con has been taking their show on the road in 2014, with multiple events in multiple cities. Their Boston convention is a little more than a week away, and Walker Stalker Con is already making major announcements for this year’s Atlanta show, revealing twenty three additional guests that will be attending.
This year, Walker Stalker Con Atlanta will be taking place from October 17 -19 in the Atlanta Convention center at AmericasMart. Michonne became an instantly iconic character after debuting on the cover of "Walking Dead" #19, with her katana and zombie accompaniment setting her apart from everyone else in Rick's crew. So when the character slashed her way onto the small screen in AMC's "The Walking Dead," fans everywhere wondered how they would bring the character's armless and leashed undead companions to—for lack of a better word—life.
In a featurette included on the series' season 3 DVD and Blu-ray box set—due out on August 27th—executive producer Gale Anne Hurd and executive producer/special effects supervisor Greg Nicotero reveal just how they transformed actors Theshay West and Moses J. Moseley into Danai Gurira's sidekicks. Hint: it involves a few prosthetics, a lot of fake blood, and some stylish blue sleeves. Check out the whole video below!
