Renee Daw was born and raised in Alaska and resides in Los Angeles. Growing up in a military family, she developed skills in shooting, fishing, and camping across diverse weather conditions. Her passion for acting began at age 5, leading her to participate in community theater and later attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2005.
In addition to her acting pursuits, Renee trained in Seibukan Jujutsu for three years until her later college years. She continues to refine her skills through various martial arts and fighting techniques and studies the art of Boxing with a 2X Olympic Boxer. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor and loves to practice Yoga in her Garden.
Renee has also honed her craft at Anthony Meindl's Actor Workshop, Upright Citizens Brigade, American Academy of Dramatic Arts and through the Advanced Program in the Meisner Technique at The Acting Corps. As an actor, she is drawn to physically and mentally demanding roles. Her interests include practicing martial arts, weapon training, hand-to-hand combat, yoga and meditation, dancing in her garden and watching the wildlife in the yard.
