David Frank Fletcher Jr was born October 9, 1979, to David Frank Fletcher Sr. and Patricia Ann Morehouse in Livingston, New Jersey. David grew up in Piscataway, New Jersey, and later moved to Brick Township, New Jersey, and Toms River, New Jersey, where he graduated from Toms River North High School in 1998.
David's father was a food distribution sales representative, and his mother was a distributor for Tupperware. The family relocated to the Jersey Shore in 1989. David got his first guitar at nine and fell in love with his passion for the arts. David continued pursuing his passion by studying music and theatre during middle and high school.
He enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard in 1996. David was offered an opportunity to relocate and serve in the California Army National Guard in 2000. His original intention of relocating to Los Angeles was to pursue a career in law, but he shortly realized that it was not for him.
David started his career in entertainment as a talent manager working with independent artists in LA Region. He still had his creative ideas and passion he wanted to pursue, which included acting.
He landed his first guess star role in 2008 while working on the American Virgin set as an extra's wrangler in Detroit, Michigan. David returned to Los Angeles after principal photography was complete. He became determined to take control of his destiny and pursue his goals. David started working on his first production as a Producer and Actor, the Brazen Bull, which was filmed in June 2009. The film was later released in 2010 in North America and released worldwide in 2011.
In 2012, David began working on the development of Dirty Dead Conmen. During the development and pre-production, his sister Jessica Rose Fletcher tragically died. David left the film business to help raise his sister's daughters - Gabriella and Isabella.
Shortly after, David reconnected with childhood friend Sharon Matti who became his rock during this crisis. They quickly fell in love and were married on December 7, 2013. The two of them helped become instrumental in his nieces' lives. In January 2015, the couple welcomed their first son David III, and their second son Aidan James Fletcher in July of 2021.
After stepping aside from the film, David pursued his education at the University of Phoenix, earning his Bachelor's Degree in 2017 and his MBA in 2019 at the University of Phoenix. His degrees helped him to identify opportunities to be a sales and marketing leader throughout various industries. Even though he accomplished a great deal, he still missed being on set and sharing his acting talent.
David briefly returned to the film business in 2019, where he was cast in the comedy satire - Ass Clowns: Constipated. Playing this role helped David reignite his creative passions and use them for his current marketing career.
In 2021. David decided to relocate his family to West Palm Beach, Florida. He is a Marketing Director for an Ergonomic Chair Manufacturer and an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University. He is developing an inspirational podcast to help coach young people in pursuing their passions.
