Nicholas Parish(I)

Nicholas Parish is a British artist and filmmaker who is based in London. After graduating from Art College Nick initially delved into sculpture and furniture design. His creative journey took an unexpected turn as he began documenting his work through film, igniting a passion for the moving image. This led him to explore narrative filmmaking, dedicating years to refining his craft in short films, music videos, and installations, all rooted in his artistic background. At its core, his work is an exploration of the human condition, delving deep into what it means to be human through the lens of his camera. Nick's short films played at such festivals as BFI London FF, New York IFF, Cinequest FF and Los Angeles Short FF. "The Old Man and the Land" is his feature debut.
