Jenna Elise was born in Oregon. She attended university in California and studied theatre arts. She has been represented by Jeffrey Gorski of JAG Talent Management, Renae Bell of Cavaleri & Associates Talent Agency, and The Happen Agency. Her first breakout role was as the lead Kat in the "I'll Haunt You When I'm Dead" television movie on the BioChannel, directed by Jeremy Kasten. She has also acted alongside Oscar-winner Doug Jones in the short film Saint Alex.
