Sheri Savage

Sheri Savage was born in Chicago Illinois to Nigerian parents. She grew
up listening to Afro-Caribbean rhythms, as well as R&B and Hip Hop, but
it was being in the choir, and getting to sing with people and in front
of people, that boosted her confidence, and exerted a very powerful
influence in her artistic life. Her eyes were opened to the opportunity
in music as a profession so she studied Drama and Musical theatre, and
she realized that after all these years that her calling was to be an
actress as well as a singer; she wanted to share her music and also her
"drama" :) Sheri started modeling with Elite models of Chicago as well;
and did shows for Nieman Marcus, Sebastian's Hair products and
Nordstrom. She featured in films such as Francis Polo's 9 to 5, John
Tomasek's Predators Game and Christopher Poole's The Battle. She was on
the reality TV show Change of Heart, and starred in numerous stage
plays. Sheri is currently touring with Vanessa Holmes' A Tribute to the
Motown Greats where she portrays the character of Diana Ross and just
returned performing for the Royal Caribbean.
