Matt Sweeney(IV)

Matt Sweeney (Matthew Sweeney) was born in Stamford, CT to nutrition consultant Terry and NPR manager Kevin Sweeney. He began taking acting lessons at his local community theatre, Curtain Call, at the age of 7. He continued his lessons at John Roberts Powers in Norwalk for a few years, who helped him connect with an agent at Bloc Talent Agency. Matt was introduced to musical theatre when he auditioned for the Music Man in seventh grade. He has had a passion for musical theatre since then, and has played several roles throughout middle and high school. He is a junior at Stamford High School, and plans on attending college for musical theatre performance.
