Orion Curiel

Orion Revolution Curiel, born November 23, 1969, is a Canadian MC, DJ,
amateur skateboarder, radio personality and video game software
engineer. He was a part of the renowned Canadian hip hop trio, Shades
of Culture, from 1991 to 2003, and has toured with bands such as Bad
Brains, Trigger Happy, and Ten Foot Pole. With Shades, he has opened
for The Backstreet Boys, Eminem, Jurassic 5, KRS-1, and Gangstarr. He
now still deejays in Montreal and writes music. He is a radio host for
the weekly CKUT underground hip hop radio show, Off The Hook, a program
that for five years won the Best Radio Show title in the Montreal
Mirror's Best Of Montreal poll. He also works as a Lead Compliance
Specialist for Ubisoft Entertainment, and has his name credited on over
thirty games.
