From 2000 to 2003, she attended and studied acting at Schauspielstudio Frese in Hamburg, Germany and was the youngest student ever at age 17, already starring in several German productions and numerous theater projects even before.

Has a daughter, Lara Jemine Uzerli (b. February 10, 2014 in Istanbul), with her ex-fiancé Cat Ates. Uzerli broke up with Ates before the birth of their daughter after he cheated on her.
