Cameron speaks three languages fluently, English, French and Spanish.

Cameron has four siblings, three of whom are adopted sisters from China and Taiwan.

Happyland was canceled after its first season, but MTV quickly hired Cameron the following month onto their hit show, Faking it. Cameron accredits this to both his good relationship with the network, but also his friendship with Gregg Sulkin who called producers on his behalf.
