- Devin Lee was an American actor, born in Lubbock, Texas, to Randy and Rosanne Harjes. From early childhood, he displayed a strong affinity for animals, growing up among horses and becoming an adept rider. At the tender age of five, he won a saddle in an equestrian competition. Devin went on to study acting at college and began his chosen vocation in New York on the off-Broadway stage and in independent film productions. He had also learned martial arts and made his first impact on the screen as world heavyweight boxing champion Jack Dempsey in two episodes of the gritty crime drama Boardwalk Empire (2010). The following year, he starred as an awkward social outcast in an introspective motion picture entitled The Forest Is Red (2012), which won Best Non-European Feature Film at The European Independent Film Festival.
