Ashley Tabatabai is an actor and filmmaker from a culturally diverse background. After growing up in Spain and then attending university in the UK, Ashley's focus gravitated towards an acting career.
He has appeared in various television series and independent films, including Avenue 5 (HBO) and Bank of Dave 2 (Netflix). Ashley also starred in and created the Oscar longlisted short film Hamdardi, which garnered critical recognition on the international festival circuit.
His degree in Management has allowed him to bring value as a producer alongside his work as an actor. He took on both roles in the feature film Digital You, in which he also starred as "Charlie." He continued this dual contribution on Color Me Grey, producing and performing as the complex and enigmatic "Johnny."
Ashley produced, wrote, and starred in the award-winning short film Falsified, his first project under his company Taba Productions. The film premiered at the prestigious Los Angeles International Short Film Festival in August 2017.
