Matt graduated from Full Sail University School of Film in 2001. After
an 8 month internship shooting and editing training videos for police
and fire departments for the government Matt moved on to Home Shopping
network where he worked as an electrician on national commercials for
the HSN. Eventually he moved on to Director of Photography for HSN.
Matt was known for often pushing the boundaries of his imagery using
heavy back light and filtration. The results were a seven year career
at HSN despite the heavy turn over often associated with the network.
In 2009 Matt went out on his own which catapulted his career in a more creative direction. Winning awards for his cinematography with films like 'Clown Demented' which took several awards including best writing, editing, and audience choice awards at the 2010 Action Film Challenge Festival in Tampa, Florida.
He has shot for clients such as celebrity chefs Cat Cora and Michelle Bernstein, ESPN, Lowes, Home Depot, Disney Resorts, Dyson Vaccums, Walmart and many others.
Matt resides in Saint Petersburg Florida with his wife Giselle and their two chihuahuas.
