Bella Saer is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, singer and journalist. Some time ago she studied music at Loyola in New Orleans, was a choral scholar at Cambridge University (Trinity College Chapel Choir) and studied postgrad at the University of London (SOAS and Goldsmiths).
Bella has written for media of various kinds. Her TV/film music credits include: BBC's Click; the ten-part series 'Nurses' (C5/Maverick); BBC's Panorama; the five-part series 'Rivers with Griff Rhys Jones' (BBC1/Modern TV); the BAFTA-winning live action/animation series 'Bookaboo' (ITV/Happy Films); the BAFTA-nominated 'Ross Kemp in Afghanistan' series (Sky/Tiger Aspect), and 'Who Downed Douglas Bader?' (Channel 4)
She has also written music for commercials and for production libraries. Before focusing on her music career, Bella was a journalist and producer, primarily with the BBC.
