Born in Almaty city, worked in Los Angeles, Appleton, Chicago, Almaty, Astana cities.
In 2006 received Associates Degree in Broadcasting and Television at UW Fox Valley. In 2009 received Bachelors Degree in Film Directing and Producing at Columbia College Chicago.
Served as the Head of Production Branch and Executive Producer of government studio "Kazakhfilm" (2015-2018). Served as President of Kazakhstan Film Union (2016-2018).
Initiated, co-wrote, developed, and lobbied the first Film Law of Kazakhstan (from 2016 to 2018), which was signed by the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2019.
He is currently focused on producing and directing his own projects and providing production services to foreign productions in Kazakhstan.
