Darren Criss and Mia Swier are parents! The couple welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on April 11 and chose a one-of-a-kind name for her: Bluesy Belle Criss. Seeing as both stars are musically inclined - Criss rose to fame as Dalton Academy Warblers lead singer Blaine Anderson on "Glee," while Swier started an all-women Guns N' Roses tribute band, plays the bass, and sings - the name is quite fitting.

Criss announced the news on April 14 by sharing an Instagram photo of him and Swier cradling Bluesy in a hospital bed, writing, "M & D made some sweet music." Tons of celebrities commented their well-wishes on the post, including fellow "Glee" star Heather Morris, who wrote, "Congrats beautiful family," with a heart-eye emoji. You may have been shipping Darren Criss and Laura Harrier's onscreen romance in Netflix's Hollywood, but we're sorry to say that these two aren't an Irl item. In February 2019, Darren tied the knot with writer and producer Mia Swier, who he's been with for nearly a decade now. The couple has been together for so long that Darren wasn't even a TV star yet when they started dating. What's even wilder: the fact that Darren and Mia met through mutual friends all the way back in 2006, according to People.

When Darren took to Instagram to announce the news of their engagement in January 2018, he said that he and Mia had been dating for seven-and-a-half years, which means their relationship started sometime around July 2010. Right around that time, Darren landed his breakout role as Blaine Anderson in Glee, which Mia produced and directed promotional content for, according to her IMDb profile.

We might not get to see stars walk the red carpet for now, but thanks to Darren Criss, a new way of hosting premiere parties could emerge. On Friday, the 33-year-old actor and his wife, Mia Swier, got all glammed up (and masked up) to celebrate the release of his Netflix show Hollywood.
