Renee Graziano knows a thing or two about toxic reality TV shows.
As an original star of VH1’s smash hit Mob Wives, Renee is a veteran of the unscripted TV world.
In a new interview with Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, she was asked about the state of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, which is currently awaiting word on its future.
With a cast reboot likely on the horizon, some fans on social media have been up in arms, thinking Rhonj would benefit from some cast members from the defunct VH1 hit.
Renee believes one of the most significant issues plaguing the long-running series is that the men remain prominent.
“What I would do is keep the men out of it. Leave the men out of it… it’s called Housewives, Housewives,” she said in the interview alongside her sister, Jenn Graziano.

"It's time to celebrate," Kandy Muse says, ahead of the season eight "RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars" finale on July 21. "We've done the competition. We're at the final two." That "we"? It's Kandy Muse, the Bronx native and "Drag Race" season 13 runner-up, and Canada's superstar, Jimbo. Though they're opponents, there's none of the signature gibes or subtle shade often prevalent in the "Drag Race" workroom. When Jimbo and Kandy Muse sit down with Popsugar, there's only pride for themselves, and each other.
"You'd be shocked at how close we get in such a short period of time," Kandy Muse says. "There's so much common ground." Of course, the pair did know each other before "All Stars"; they toured together prior to filming. The dressing room is where bonds are made, they say. "That's where all the tea is. These two are far from friends! In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, Brandi Glanville reminisced about her Celebrity Big Brother days — and it turns out there's one co-star she didn't exactly hit it off with. For the inaugural state-side season, the star-studded CBS cast also included the likes of Ross Mathews, Omarosa Manigault, and James Maslow — and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star did not hold back when asked who she planned on keeping in her life. "I won't be friends with Omarosa at all. With James, I think it's just hard to live with someone, like 24/7 you're with people you would never live with. I'm sure we'll be friends outside of it. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star spent time with the pregnant TV personality while filming Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars: Family Edition — and it sounds like Brandi and the Teen Mom star never recovered from That fight we saw in the trailer. In the upcoming episodes, fans will watch Amber call the blonde beauty a "drunk b--ch" and threaten to physically hurt her during their time in the house — which understandably led Brandi to formulate some ~opinions~ about the controversial star. The ladies were also joined this season by Brandi's father, Guy Glanville, Jim Jones with his mother, Nancy, and fiancée Chrissy Lampkin, Amber's ex Matt Baier and mother, Tonya Portwood, and Mob Wives alum Renee Graziano and her sisters, Jennifer and Lana.
