Vuslat Saracoglu was born in Tokat.
After graduating from Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School, she completed her undergraduate education at Bilgi University, Department of Sociology and International Relations with a full scholarship. She did her master's degree at Bogaziçi University, Department of Modern Turkish History. She joined the Sarajevo Talent Campus in 2010. He has a short film called "Kakafoni" and a documentary film called "Müslüm Baba'nin Evlatlari". He worked as a production coordinator and actor in the 2014 movie "Neden Tarkovski Olamiyorum".
His feature film "Borc" participated in many national and international festivals. In 2018, she won the "Golden Tulip Best Film" at the Istanbul Film Festival, the "Best Editing" and "Best Actress" at the Bosphorus Film Festival, and the "Best Debut Film" at the Malatya Film Festival.
