Milroy is an Indian-born Portuguese filmmaker, who is the founder of Moqui Pictures LLC. He is one of ten siblings born in Goes family, his parents are of Goan and Portuguese heritage. He is known for his directorial feature Welcome M1LL10NS (2018) which was Qlqualified for Oscars in 2018 at 91st Academy Awards and is now streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime. It features a score by Mikkel Lentz and Original soundtrack from 'Michael Learns To Rock' and Bollywood singer Shashaa Tirupati.

He came in rapid limelight soon after making the first version of "Unexpected" in year 2009 as Filmmaker. Besides, his debut short film "Vengeance" in 2007 helped him gaining local fame. He ventured in Film Industry in 2007 but earlier he was known as 'Web Designer / Graphic Designer / Artist'. His mentor Anthony Coombs-humphreys from France, who not only believed in his potential but also unleashed him another great opportunity to remake the first movie for International Audience. "expect the Unexpected"

Then, he was offered to Direct "The Victim" yet another Theatrical Film, and so, the journey beings, to big budget films. Adeus Moga was another directorial duo with Bushka.

Currently partnered with MMFilms (Manna Mohie Films) in making more big dreams come true on big banners.
