Born in Germany and raised in Scotland, Marcus is a published academic,
occasional stand-up comedian and former bank employee. Bored with life
in the City, he turned his hand to screen-writing and undertook an MA
in Film and TV Production at Bristol University before writing
Quizmaster (2011).
