Manju Borah(I)

A native of Assam, Manju Borah has made her films there.She was born and brought up in a village but strengthened her bonds with culture, beyond the village library and festivals that were her roots, by studying philosophy at Guwahati University.She believes films need to be commercially viable but has also written short stories on ethnic groups and the indigenous community and women's issues.
