Christina Renee is an actor, writer and producer originally from Parkland, Florida. Christina recently worked alongside Billy Crystal and Rosie Perez in Before, an upcoming series on Apple TV+ in a recurring role as Nurse Jo. Christina also just filmed The Silent Partner, a feature film that is currently in post production.
Christina wrote, produced and acted in Through the Modern Looking Glass, a short film which examines the different forms of depression and how those feelings can be exacerbated by social media. Through the Modern Looking Glass and an alternative shorter version of the film called Beautiful Catastrophe have been showcased at 15 leading film festivals across the US and Europe, and have won numerous awards including Best Short Film, Best African American Filmmaker, Best Screenplay and Best Enable Cast. Christina is currently adapting the project into a feature film that is expected to be completed in 2025.
Christina's strong core skills come from her studies at Stella Adler, where she studied acting technique, scene study, movement, voice and speech. She is currently now working with renowned acting coach Anthony Abeson on character development and sense memory.
Christina's unique look comes from her Haitian, Jamaican and Dominican background. She is fluent in Haitian Creole and has the ability to deliver genuine Southern, French and British accents.
Christina is currently represented by DDO Artists Agency for Voice Over and On-Camera and is managed by Malissa Young.
