Micah Lyons(I)

Micah Lyons was born in Longview, Texas and Graduated from Hallsville High School. After being offered an acting scholarship, he studied theatre and film and graduated from Texas State University with a BFA in Acting. However, Lyons began his professional acting career while still in college by booking several plays, indie-films, commercials and doing extra and stand-in work on network TV shows in Austin and Dallas. In 2011, Lyons married model/actress, Brooke (Spurlock) Lyons and the two moved to Los Angeles together to further their careers. Once in LA, the couple quickly began working by being cast in commercials and TV shows along with starting their own Production Company, Breath of Life Productions, LLC. Now, along with acting, Lyons has written over ten screenplays to be produced by his company including their first, "BUD/S," which is the story of a young man who desperately wants to become a Navy SEAL in order to gain the respect of his overbearing military father. In 2013, Lyons had his first child, a son named Elijah and in 2015 the couple welcomed their second child, Finley. In the summer of 2016 Lyons will be starring in a feature film that he wrote and is producing called The Runners. The film is a "Taken"-style action/thriller set in rural east Texas and the producers will be speaking around the country to raise awareness for the issue of domestic human trafficking and donating a significant portion of the proceeds from the film to non-profits on the front lines of this ongoing battle.
