Emily Rogers was born in Edwards, California to James and Virginia Rogers and grew up in Feltwell, Norfolk, England. She also has one sister Sarah Rogers and is fully supported by her family.

Emily attended Hagerty High School in Oviedo, Florida and was heavily involved in the theatre department as well as participating in many productions at the Orlando Youth Theatre in downtown Orlando, including one that went on to the International Fringe Festival.

After graduating high school at the age of 16, Emily went on to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City and graduated the conservatory program majoring in Musical Theatre at the age of 18.

While at AMDA, she studied under Dan Daily, Evan Pappas, and Gillien Goll as well as many other inspiring professionals.
