Tinatin was born in Yerevan, Armenia. Father was Mikhail Fedoseevich Belousov (1910-1965), a physician dermato-venereology PhD, mother was Margarita Tovmasovna Hayrapetyan (1912-2000), a chemical engineer. In 1944, her father was sent to Ukraine to be a head physician at Kharkov Dermato-venereology Institute. The family moved to Kharkov. Tinatin actively participated in amateur drama class at the school, institute and at work in Kharkov. In 1959, she graduated from the Kharkov Institute of Foreign Languages (School of Journalism, specialty
  • referent / translator of English). Upon graduation she visited
relatives in Yerevan and on the street was spotted by an assistant of film director Yuri Erzinkyan of Armenfilm. She was offered to star in the film "Voices of Our Block" (1959) as Nune. In 1960 she attended acting in movie courses at ADRI (Armenian House of Artists). In 1961 starred in the movie "Before the Dawn" (1961) in role of Osan. Also starred as an insurance agent in a short film "It is necessary to all" (1961). In 1962 she was selected by an assistant of film director Zagid Sabitov from Uzbekfilm for filming in the movie "Airplanes didn't land" (1963) as Amira. She worked as a journalist - first in Kharkov, then Leningrad. Then returned to Yerevan and continued to work as a journalist in the AOKS (Armenian Society for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries). Was an editor of the magazine "Armenia Today".
