Christina Papoulias, born to Mary and Jim Papoulias, in Sydney, New South Wales. She has an older sister Alexa, and a younger brother Jordan. She has played piano since she was age 9 and started guitar last year. She auditioned for 'X-Factor' with Kelly Clarksons 'I Do Not Hook Up' wowing all 4 judges and going through to boot camp where she performed Adeles 'Rolling in the deep' and Pink's 'Dear Mr President' for Mel B and her husband. At the judges house, she performed 4 Non Blondes 'What's up' for Mel B & Mel C, putting her into the top 3 under 25 girls. Live Show 1: Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson. Christina returned for the grand final with the rest of the top 12 contestants, singing a melody of Kylie Minogue's songs, with Kylie herself.
