Turhan Bay

Born and raised in Saint Louis, Missouri, actor Turhan Bay, aka Tew Jennings on the comedy stage, has become known as one of the area's funniest stand-up comics with his improvise and freestyle type of comedy that often consists of "true made-up" stories. Turhan served on active duty for 10 years in the USAF but his enlistment came to an end due to a Traumatic Brain Injury.

Having to learn how to live with the remnants of such an injury, Turhan lost interest in many of the things that he once loved, except for acting and making people laugh. Once while on stage he was recognized for his distinctive and intriguing looks by his college Alma Mater and casted him in one of their recruiting commercials. It was then the acting bug bite down even harder... after being cast for several background roles in feature films and television shows such as Stop Loss; Alita Battle Angel; Ripped; Being Mary Jane; and Survivor Remorse to name a few, Turhan has a determination in becoming a featured actor!

And as for his comedy... His multiple, energetic routines have the audience in stitches as he speaks on topics about relationships, children, jobs or just life in general. Having the ability to take the worst of a situation and turning it into laughter isn't just Turhan's way of living... it's what sets him apart in the comedy game.
