Justin Garcia is an Emmy® award-winning writer, director, producer, animator and puppeteer.
Most recently, Justin served as showrunner on the first season of Superbook GizmoGO!, an animated/live-action hybrid series he co-created.
During his high school and college years, Justin published multiple animated shorts on YouTube under the name Budgess Man, where he created Scary Cotton, Dev Dragon, and a popular Blue's Clues parody called Kip's Tips. In 2016, he officially founded Budgess Man Entertainment as an independent content creation brand, creating original, all-ages content to watch, read, and play.
