Elias Papastamatiou was born in Volos, a portal city in the
mainland of Greece. In his twenties he moved to Athens to study
filmmaking at N.Y.C. He continued his film studies at A.M.C to earn his
Bachelor degree in Film and TV Direction in 2012. To expand his
knowledge he chose to attend a seminar cycle on screenwriting, held by
Nicos Panayotopoulos. Nowadays he is making his own short films, as a
director and screenwriter, composes music for others and keeps
developing his cinematic knowledge in every possible way...
