Jupiter De La Bâtardise

After a bachelor in Human Sciences, a multimedia postgraduate and PhD in philosophy, Jupiter de la Bâtardise has developed several photography projects, literary works and video documentaries throughout Asia, Europe and Africa. Producer and scriptwriter of all his films, in May 2014 he completed his fourth fictional work "Kollimator", where he makes a metaphor about the value of things and human life in our current consumerist society. In 2016 and 2017 he was mainly focused on photography: he published a book "A Year In Pieces" composed of 52 pictures for each week of the year, followed by a solo exhibition. Between 2018 and 2019 he produced a series of documentary films about traveling overland Africa by motorbike and in 2020 he finished his latest short film "Queue". Always eclectic, de la Bâtardise is at the moment writing several screenplays and working on his next project: a feature film of much controversy on the swinging lifestyle...
