Studied at the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia from 1998 to 2000.
His first professional role was as a U.S. Army prison guard in German director Stefan Schaller's 2013 film "Five Years" (Kurnaz - Fünf Jahre Leben).
His first substantial speaking role was as the President of Earth in the sci-fi web TV series Mission Backup Earth.
Can play both native English speaking and native Russian speaking characters since he speaks both American English and Russian without foreign accents.
Also speaks French and German fluently.
