Artist and filmmaker born in Istanbul in 1988. Established a film club when in his high school, where he shot his first short. He worked as a videographer in humanitarian aid campaigns in three continents. Parallel to his studies in History at Bogazici University, started to work as camera assistant and assistant director with directors such Semih Kaplanoglu, Aida Begic, Zeki Demirkubuz. Made a diploma in Media Arts at Karlsruhe University of Arts in Design, where he produced 'Images From Past Future' on nuclear archives with Rayna Teneva, which premiered at 39. EVA International - Ireland's Biennial in Limerick. His works shown at Kunsthalle Mannheim, Yapi Kredi Culture Center, Kunstverein Freiburg.
