Parents are Chinese born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, refugees to France during the Vietnam War.

Is a huge dog lover; grew up with German shepherds but now owns a pug named Sophie.

Currently studying at the Actor's Foundry, Vancouver, B.C. (2010).

Currently finishing his 4th year at Simon Fraser University's Bachelor of Arts program; majoring in Political Science with a minor in History.(2012).
