- Adam grew up on the white sandy beaches of East Coast Australia. An avid surfer, and competitive swimmer, he spent more time in the water than on land. But when he was on land he attended drama classes and performed with Australian youth theatre. After graduating high school, Adam enrolled to study dramatic arts at university, however he deferred his studies, electing to backpack around the world. A journey that would take 5 years to complete.
After spending time studying in London's West End, he decided to returned to his native country, where he settled in Sydney. He was accepted into the Pulse Studio, one Australia's most successful drama schools, undertaking a three-year program which he graduated from in December of 2013.
Since then Adam's reputation as a bright young actor on the rise has continued to grow after several well regard performances -"Adam is a gifted and inspired actor who brings a unique voice to all the characters he embodies." (Rod Hardy DGA - The Librarians). He has gone on to make his big screen debut in the Feature Film 'Skin Deep', which won 'Honoarable Mention' at SXSW in 2015, featured in some of Australia's most successful T.V. series. Recently appeared on stage at The Street Theatre as part of the cast of 'Still Seeking Other" written by award winning writer, Monica Zanetti. As well as starred in several well produced short films including 'Three Sixty' which has been seen at film festivals across the globe including the prestigious Hollywood Film Festival where it was "In Competition'.
In his free time Adam has formed a film making collaborative, Penny and Pound Pictures, which he co-founded with fellow actor and friend Paul Barton. Southland is associated with some of Sydney's brightest young freelance creatives and with the help of the collectives mentor-ship program, made up an array of international of industry veterans, is going from strength to strength. He also wrote and directed several micro films, most recently a fashion film for designer Camilla who's clothes can be seen on everyone from Oprah to Beyonce.- IMDb Mini Biography By: James
