Born in Chicago, Illinois, Leona Evans began performing in the theater
when she was four years old. During her 30 year career she appeared on
Broadway, toured in National Companies of Fiddler on the Roof and How
to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and performed in Regional
Theaters. Leona toured for more than 15 years with her cabaret act and
sang in major hotels and cabarets throughout the world. Since 1984
Leona has been a teacher and motivational speaker and has written two
books on the importance of healthy self-esteem and the power of
intention.
