Liviu Cheloiu is a Romanian film and theatre actor.He was born in 1977 in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania . He graduated at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu in 2001 .In 2006, he plays first role in the movie La servici. Known for films :Un etaj mai jos (2015), Afacerea Est (2016) and Capace (2017).
